首先，用户得管理递增操作标记。因为折旧过程的管理逻辑不同，如果公司为自己的类别使用递增选项，为了识别数据用户得导入这种标记。在掩码的下部分中，用户得设定计算的参考年份。通常用户得编辑这个数据，插入比当前年份前的年份。

功能导航栏：功能导航栏包含格式菜单，在这里可以执行相关过程的操作。包含的功能如下表：
